Cancellation Policy

We genuinely value your time as both a prospective and current client. It's important to us that we maintain a mutual respect for each other's time commitments. If for any reason you're unable to attend your scheduled session, we kindly ask that you reach out to us via email. Providing at least 1-hour notice for cancellations allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, making it difficult for you to make it to your scheduled session. In such cases, we have a cancellation and rescheduling policy in place. If you happen to be more than 10 minutes late, we'll need to cancel and reschedule the session. We want to be transparent about our policies, and we feel it's important to mention that we do assess a fee of $50 to reschedule any missed or no-call, no-show consultations. We hope you understand that this fee helps compensate our team for the time and effort put into preparing for your session. While we recognize that emergencies can occur in rare instances, resulting in unexpected cancellations, we handle such situations on a case-by-case basis. We genuinely care about your well-being and will do our best to accommodate any exceptional circumstances, potentially waiving the rescheduling fee. Lastly, it's crucial to acknowledge that last-minute cancellations, especially combined with client no-shows, impact our ability to meet the scheduling needs of our other valued clients. By respecting our cancellation policy, you enable us to provide excellent service and support to everyone in our community.
